Here is a simple but powerful rule: always give people more than what they expect to get
As a Salon Coordinator I strive for Great Customer service. I have been in the hair industry for 5 years and know the In’s and Outs of a salon and what it takes to provide excellent service.
My goal is to have every guest that walks into Diesel feel welcomed and to leave feeling better than they walked in. I want them to have the ultimate Salon experience, whether be on the phone or in person. Nothing makes me feel good then when a guest thanks me for listening to them and connecting them with their stylist. I think the great way to provide excellence is to hear each guest and see what they want then matching them with that stylist who can not only do an exquisite job on their hair but who also matches their personality. As Nelson Boswell once said :
